Returns, No Fine Print
We offer a 14-day return period — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify.
How to Start a Return
Request a return through your customer account, or email us at returns@oshaha.com with your order number. Items sent back without a return request first won't be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or we made an error. This keeps our prices honest for everyone. Also it prevents us from going bankrupt :)
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us immediately with a photo. We'll sort it fast — either a replacement or a full refund, no need to send anything back in most cases.
Non-returnable items
- Stickers that have been applied/used
- Return requests made after the 14-day window
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you're refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can be slow — give it a bit of time on their end too.
