Processing Time
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. We ship from the Netherlands.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it's placed.
No Tracking on Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping is sent via international letter post and does not include a tracking number. Once dispatched, we're unable to provide real-time delivery updates. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll help investigate.
Delayed or Missing Packages
Since Standard Shipping isn't tracked, delivery times are estimates only, and international post can occasionally take longer than expected. If your order hasn't arrived after 30 days from dispatch, contact us at support@oshaha.com with your order number and we'll look into a resolution.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at support@oshaha.com — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
